A Day in the Life of a Woman Set Free

  I wake with the sun, bathed in His light, No chains of the past, no burdens to fight. The Holy Spirit hums in my chest, A song of joy, a love confessed. I love the trembles I get when I think about You, Jesus, Like golden ripples on an endless sea, Like the hush of dawn breaking over the mountains, Like the thrill of rain kissing the earth, setting my spirit free. Holy Spirit, make them richer, deeper, stronger, Turn them into rivers that rush with delight, Let my soul quiver with Your gentle whispers, As heaven's light unfolds in my sight. I long to paint You a masterpiece, my Lord, With colors unseen by mortal eyes, A canvas drenched in hues of worship, Where glory dances, and love never dies. I’ll sketch the fire in Your eyes so bright, And the mercy that drips from Your hands, I’ll brush each stroke with trembling wonder, As Your presence over my soul expands.
